Run the British 10K for BLESMA

Would you like to take part in this years British 10K London Run past some of London's finest and world famous landmarks? Then why not apply for one of our guaranteed charity places. The British 10K attracts runners from all over the world, including some of the sport's finest athletes and many celebrity runners from the world of TV and film who run to raise awareness of their chosen charities.

If you choose to run for BLESMA then we will provide you with a FREE BLESMA branded running vest, and fundraising support – unlike many other charities we do not ask that you raise a specific or minimum amount, all we ask is that you do your very best on our behalf.
