Gloucestershire Freemasons Complete Pegasus 'Yomp'
Four Gloucestershire Freemasons have completed their 112 mile 'yomp' from Cherbourg to the famous Pegasus Bridge in Normandy, raising over £7,200 for BLESMA.
Scuba Dive Rehabilitation in Egypt
16 BLESMA members and two diving instructors depart 15 October to Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt for 7 days diving in the Red Sea. Led by Trustee and BLESMA Ordinary Member Philip ‘Bob’ Monkhouse the event follows a successful ‘Pilot’ diving weekend at HMS Collingwood.<

The Chara Challenge Run for BLESMA
3 Commando Brigade returned from Afghanistan in April after a six month tour of duty. 37 comrades were killed in action, 169 were wounded in action and 379 suffered non-battle related injuries. The challenge has raised £15,000 for BLESMA to date.

Ex Serviceman adds weight to the London Marathon
In 2004, author Chris Hunter served his country as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal operator in Iraq. If that wasn’t daring enough, he is now attempting to run the London marathon wearing a 75lb protective Explosive Ordnance Disposal suit to raise money for the British Limbless Ex Service Men’s Association (BLESMA).
