Change at the Top

At a recent Board of Trustees meeting BLESMA Member an Trustee Lieutenant General Sir Cedric Delves KBE DSO was elected BLESMA’s National Chairman, following Colonel Henry Hugh Smith’s retirement from the Board after 14 years. Henry goes with all the best wishes of his fellow Members and they thank him for his careful stewardship over years of change, constitutional adjustment, renewed conflict and great challenge. Equally, Members are delighted to welcome Sir Cedric and wish him the best for the future in the important and enjoyable role as National Chairman of the special and unique fellowship of shared experience that is BLESMA.
