VETERANS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

At the Service Personnel & Veterans Agency they are always looking to improve the services delivered to War Pensioners and those in receipt of the Armed Forces Compensation. One of the ways in which helps them to understand where and how they can make improvements is to ask the views of the people to whom they deliver those services.

The survey is entirely anonymous and no-one will be contacted by phone or sent mailings as a result of completing it. The survey is accessed by visiting www.veterans-uk.info and following the link to the ‘Veterans Customer Satisfaction Survey’.
