About the event

Dates: 27 March, 18 April and 22 May

Explore creativity, switch off, and create something meaningful for Blesma’s national exhibition.

These mosaic workshops give you a chance to slow down, focus, create, and explore your own story through colour, pattern and texture. Whether you’ve never done anything creative before or you already enjoy crafting, these sessions are accessible, enjoyable and welcoming.

This workshop will be led by artist and creative practitioner Laura Aldridge.

You can attend one workshop, two, or all three. Each session stands alone — but if you join more than one, you’ll be able to build on your skills and ideas. This is your opportunity to build your own programme that is individual to you.  Please note all overnight stays and travel will be offered on a case by case basis

Your piece can be included in Blesma’s first national arts exhibition in late 2026, themed “The Journey.”

This hands-on mosaic workshop will take place in a creative studio in Leeds, with space for up to 12 participants.
