About the event

A 6-session online nutrition programme designed to support recovery, strength and long-term health for ex-Servicemen and women who have experienced limb loss.

This course provides practical, evidence-based guidance on healthy eating, hydration, supplements, alcohol awareness and managing nutrition in everyday life. Participants will receive PDF handouts after each session and can access follow-up email support to help apply the learning with confidence.

The programme is led by Paula Wood, a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years’ experience across the NHS, private healthcare and the UK Armed Forces. Paula specialises in realistic, science-led advice that empowers individuals to optimise their health and wellbeing.
