About the Workshop

Have you ever experienced the feeling of not being as qualified or capable as others perceive you to be, even when you are performing well? Do you have a fear of being ‘found out’?

Imposter syndrome is the feeling of being a fraud even if you have the skills and/or achievements to back up your success.

As part of the Blesma Storytelling and Wellbeing Programme, The Drive Project is pleased to invite you to our upcoming workshop focused on effectively managing imposter syndrome.

Led by Teresa Griffiths CBE ARRC, this workshop will provide valuable insights into understanding imposter syndrome, recognising its various manifestations, and offering practical coaching strategies to help you navigate and manage these feelings in your own life.

What to Expect

- Improved confidence

- Increased self-awareness

- Stronger emotional resilience

- A new perspective

Please note - this Storytelling and Wellbeing Programme is run by The Drive Project and so your details will be shared with them.
