This virtual session will explore the Origins of Tai Chi and how it has evolved over thousands of years.

The one-hour interactive workshop will be run by Phil Sheridan, founder of Discover Tai Chi, and will look right back to the 17th Century when Tai Chi originated in China.

Phil will then explore how Tai Chi is used in more recent times, and how it can be used as an effective form of exercise to support rehabilitation for many health conditions.

You can learn about the vast benefits of this gentle practice, and even enjoy some controlled movements yourself towards the end of the session.
