About the Sessions

Find out more about the potential benefits of meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion.

These practices can be useful tools for self-care, relaxation, emotional wellbeing and pain management.  Looking after ourselves matters, mentally and emotionally as well as physically.  There will be some myth-busting about mindfulness and meditation, and an honest and open response to questions.

No experience is needed —just an open mind and a willingness to explore.  These sessions will offer a safe, respectful space to connect with yourself, alongside others who understand your journey.

In this introductory session there will be no long led practices - we’ll talk it through before getting started, to tailor the practices for the individuals joining.

If you then feel there might be something in it for you and you’d like to do more, you are warmly invited to join further sessions taking place later in the year.
